This notice explains how Maplebase Commerce Prism Co., Ltd. handles personal data collected through panel-maplebase.click and during analytics engagements.

Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, selected engagement, optional data window, and message content
- Correspondence related to estimates, kickoffs, and deliverables
- Technical logs such as IP address and browser type when essential for security
- Optional analytics cookies only if you accept them (see cookies)
Purposes
We use data to respond to inquiries, deliver commissioned readings, issue invoices, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations under Vietnamese law.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for up to five years for accounting and dispute purposes, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.
User rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Send requests to hello@panel-maplebase.click. We respond within a reasonable period.
International transfers
Primary storage remains in Vietnam or in regions where our email and hosting providers operate. When data leaves Vietnam, we rely on contractual safeguards with providers and transfer only what is needed for the stated purpose.
Security
We apply access controls and limit staff access to engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or payment card numbers through the contact form.
Updates
We may revise this notice and post the updated version here with a revised effective context. Material changes affecting ongoing clients may also be communicated by email.
