Services described
Pages describe professional analytics readings—conversion funnel diagnostics, cohort retention studies, sales performance briefings, and marketplace channel reads. Published rates are informational. A signed statement of work or written estimate confirms scope, fees, and timeline.
Intellectual property
Site content, visual design, and original methodologies remain the property of Maplebase Commerce Prism Co., Ltd. Deliverables produced for a client are licensed for the client’s internal business use. Redistribution of reports to the public or competing consultancies requires prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate exports, disclose known tracking gaps, and name a contact who can answer catalog questions. Delays in access may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for work completed.
Liability
Readings support decision-making; they do not guarantee revenue outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under Vietnamese law, liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City unless parties agree in writing to mediation first.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
